Vent-age

Where to start... "Have you ever loved somebody so much it made you hurt?" Isn't that a song? Let me tell y'all a little about my love life. Right now it's about as busy as an airconditioner shop in Antarctica. With in the last year, I was in love. I met an amazing women who I wanted to marry. The crappy part was that she didn't want to marry me. Was she not ready to settle down? Or maybe she just didn't want to settle. The story I heard is that she wanted to serve a mission.

Why the HADES doesn't she ever talk to me anymore? I mean, is it really that hard for somone that supposedlly loved and still loves you to drop you a line every now and then? Shes the one that called me crying saying she didn't want to be a horrible part of my past. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but if someone breaks your heart, doesn't that put them in pretty good position to be a horrible part of your past? It takes some slick maneuvering to get out of that bind.

I guess the moral is that she wanted to be friends. I also want to be friends. I feel like I put forth effort and get nothing in return. I have written her emails but to no avail. She disappears long enough for me to get to the point that I figure I'll never hear from her again, and then BOOM! She'll write me a text message or sends me a little email just to throw me for a loop. I know she's not trying to play with my heartstrings so much, but a word of advice to all you women folk out there. Don't gerk the guy around! Either cut him loose or be his friend. None of this middle ground crap!!!
